Day 3 of the Wilton Course 1 we learnt how to make roses. Quite a hard decoration to do!!!! What do you think? Can you tell they are roses? They are slightly overwhelming on top of a cute cupcake but smaller roses would be gorgeous!!!!!We also learnt how to make lil faces, another border, some star and drop flowers. And this cute clown!! I can just picture the kids faces if they saw these on a party table!!!! The icing would be gone and we would find all the half eaten cupcakes.
I can't wait for next week when we complete a beautiful cake with all we have learnt. Hmmmmmm, maybe not all. Not sure that a clown sitting next to a pretty rose would look too good...........at least the kids AND adults that get to eat it would be happy though!?!?
