I have been wanting to try some passionfruit cupcakes for a long time!!!! So FINALLY tonight after making a bacon and egg pie for dinner (and a special pie for Tyra-Jade) I made some!!!!!! I really liked them, the cake was really light and the flavour was just right!!! The cream cheese frosting was scrummy.The final day on the lil Wilton course is on Thursday. We have to decide on what we want to do with our cakes and complete them in class ready for photos!!!! This course was quite interesting and I learnt a lil bit. Visit on Thursday to see the final result!!
