These are the pretty Wilton pedestals. You can turn them over and use them as an icecream cone holder as well!!! 
My sister was having a baby shower so of course cupcakes were required. We did not know what she was having so pink and blue were the colours of the day. The cupcakes were light and fluffy vanilla with pink and blue vanilla buttercream. Pretty edible glitter and cachous were sprinked on top to complete these cute cupcakes.
